Documentation that helps people go home safe

Most safety paperwork is either a blank template nobody fills in properly, or a stack of photocopies that nobody can find when it matters. SafeTask structures the work: the job, the steps, the hazards, the controls, the people who reviewed it and the workers who acknowledged it.

AI is used to draft and organize — never to decide. AI-assisted drafts require human review and approval by an employer or authorized reviewer. Regulatory information is stored with an official source and a last-verified date; where nothing can be verified, the document says so instead of guessing.

Today, SafeTask supports JSAs and JHAs, inspections, findings and corrective actions. Its documentation workflow can grow to support more workplace safety needs over time; training and certification tracking are not currently available.
