Disclaimer

SafeTask provides AI-assisted safety documentation and regulatory information for workflow support. It is not a law firm, regulator or substitute for qualified safety or legal advice. Users are responsible for reviewing documents and verifying applicable requirements for their workplace and jurisdiction.

Regulatory information

Regulatory records in SafeTask are stored with a source name, source URL, section reference where available, and a last-verified date. Secondary sources are labelled as such. Where a requirement cannot be verified from an approved source, SafeTask displays REGULATORY VERIFICATION REQUIRED rather than producing an answer.

Jurisdictional regulatory coverage is not currently available for this location. SafeTask can still create a general safety document, but regulatory references require verification.

AI limitations

The AI assistant drafts and organizes safety documentation. It is not a regulator, lawyer, engineer or certified safety professional. It does not invent legislation or citations, does not guarantee compliance, does not approve documents and does not replace qualified human review. Uncertain items are marked NEEDS HUMAN REVIEW.

Review responsibility

The employer, supervisor or competent person remains responsible for the final review, adequacy and approval of every safety document, and for verifying applicable requirements for their workplace and jurisdiction.

Review dates

SafeTask uses "Review Due" for documents that have reached their review date. This is a workflow prompt and is not a statement that a document has legally expired.
