Terms of service
1. Service
SafeTask provides software for creating, reviewing, approving, storing and sharing safety documentation. The service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan selected by your company.
2. Accounts and companies
You are responsible for the accuracy of company information, for the users you invite, and for the roles you assign. Company owners control company settings and user access.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents, uploads and company data you place in SafeTask. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content to your authorized users.
4. AI-assisted output
AI output is a draft that requires human review and approval. SafeTask does not warrant that any document meets a legal requirement, and no document is approved automatically.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another company's data, probe or bypass security controls, or use the service to store unlawful content.
6. Subscriptions
Plan limits, pricing and billing intervals are as displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice. Free plan usage is limited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SafeTask is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of documentation reviewed and approved by your organization.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to company owners.
