Privacy policy
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, job title), company profile information, work locations, safety documents you create, uploaded files, and acknowledgement records including timestamp and document revision.
Why we collect it
To operate the service: authenticating users, isolating company data, generating and storing documents, recording approvals and acknowledgements, and maintaining an audit trail.
Data isolation
Company data is isolated at the database level. Users can only access data belonging to companies they are an active member of.
Files and documents
Logos, SDS files, uploads and generated PDFs are stored in private storage. Access is granted through short-lived signed links to authorized users, or through a revocable share token for approved documents.
AI processing
Job details you submit for AI-assisted drafting are sent to a server-side AI provider to produce a draft. Generation metadata (model, token counts, timestamps) is stored for cost control. Provider keys are never exposed to the browser.
Retention
Documents, revisions and audit records are retained while your company account is active, because safety documentation typically must remain available for a period after the work is done.
Your rights
Company owners can export, correct or request deletion of company data. Individual users can update their own profile.
